Main requirements:
- Minimum two years working experience on a similar position.
- University degree (Economical is preferable).
- Knowledge of payroll and personnel management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English – both writing and speaking, second language will be consider as a plus.
- Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of administrative work.

This position concerns work with orders - from the preparation of the documents(work flow) of the order, though assign of the needed materials from the warehouse to expedition of the products.
What do the company expect from the candidates:
Experience in taking and furfilling orders;
Ability to write e-mails and to communicate with clients over the phone;
Responsible person with excellent communication skills;
Expedition and tracking orders;
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in Logistics;
Excellent knowledge of English language; Spanish is a plus;
Skills for working with Word, Excell and store programmes;
Expeditious and accurate person.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for payments, payrolls, tax authority and administration staffs
Preparation of payroll reports required by Bulgarian accounting and tax legislation
Calculation of salaries and bonuses of each staff member
Directly responsible for accounting and booking
Requirements:
University degree in Finance or Accounting area
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in primary accounting dealing with payroll activities – salary and bonus calculation, declarations and financial statement regarding payroll
Strong knowledge in Bulgarian accounting
Good knowledge of financial softwares
Fluent English
